The short version: we don't collect any data about you. There's no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs in the app. Everything you do stays on your iPhone.

Camera

If you turn on Air Strum, the app uses your front camera to see your strumming hand. Frames are analysed on your iPhone by Apple's built-in Vision framework and discarded right away. Video from Air Strum is never saved, never uploaded, and never leaves your device. You can play without the camera using touch strumming, and you can turn camera access off at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Camera.

Your progress

Scores, stars, levels, streaks, achievements and preferences are stored only on your iPhone. They aren't sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes them.

Recording clips

If you record a clip, iOS asks for your permission first and the recording is made by Apple's ReplayKit. The clip stays on your device unless you choose to save or share it. When you share it, it goes wherever you send it. The microphone is not used.

Purchases

The Pro upgrade is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment. We receive no payment details or personal information, only the anonymous confirmation that Pro is unlocked, which the app checks on your device.

Children

The app is rated 4+ and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. We will never start collecting data without updating the App Store privacy label and this page first.
